Today on Easter Monday, April 21, 2025, Pope Francis has passed away. On Tuesday, April 22, at 7:00 PM, a memorial mass will be held for him at St. Lawrence Church in Drnovice.

In 2025, the Diocesan Pilgrimage of Families will take place in Písek, to which the Písek Vicariate and the Pastoral Center invite all diocesan members for a joint celebration of faith around our bishop Vlastimil. The date of the pilgrimage is Saturday, June 14, 2024.

At the monastery on Piaristické Square in České Budějovice, FamilyFest will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, during which you can look forward to a rich program for both small and large visitors from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
